Who to contact

Information in your enquiry

The quote form asks for your name, telephone number, email address, full address and postcode, cleaning service and project description. You choose what to include in your message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a cleaning quotation.

The form prepares a message in your own email app. It is sent to JettaClean only when you send that email. If you contact us directly by telephone, email or Facebook, the information you provide is handled through that channel.

Why your information is used

Enquiry details are used to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and, if you book, arrange and provide the cleaning service. The basis for this is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract. Business correspondence may also be kept for legitimate interests such as resolving enquiries or disputes. Records required by law are handled on the basis of a legal obligation.

Website and service providers

Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. Email and communications providers process information when you use their services. Clicking Facebook takes you to a separate service with its own privacy policy.

The site's code uses temporary browser session storage to remember the cleaning service you select before visiting the quote form. The quote form does not upload your details to a website enquiry database. Hosting, email or external service providers may process data outside the UK; their privacy information explains their processing and any applicable transfer safeguards.

How long information is needed

The relevant factors are whether your enquiry is still active, whether cleaning work has been booked or completed, whether follow-up or a dispute needs to be resolved, and whether tax, accounting or other legal record-keeping requirements apply. Contact Jim if you want to ask about information held for a particular enquiry.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for a portable copy of information where that right applies. Providing your details

You are not required to make an enquiry. Contact details and the property address are needed to respond and assess the cleaning work. If you prefer not to use the form, you can call Jim instead.
